Ramon V Rodriguez
Founder/Head VIP Concierge
Originally from Puerto Rico, Ramon was bitten by the Disney ‘bug’ as a young boy nearly 35 years ago during an amazing family vacation to Walt Disney World for New Year's celebrations. It was his first trip to Disney and since then his passion, dedication, and total immersion in the Disney experience has created a knowledge base equal to none.
Ramon eventually became a Walt Disney World Cast Member in 2004, serving first as a Grand Gathering Greeter at Disney's Contemporary Resort and then later moved to its Front Desk. After his experience at the Front Desk, Ramon then was transferred to Disney's Risk Management Department. These unique roles in both front-end and back of house hospitality gave Ramon the expert insider knowledge that he brings to Theme Park Concierges VIP services, allowing him to plan amazing vacation experiences for his Guests.
As the Founder of Theme Park Concierges, a Charter Member of D23, an Annual Disney Pass-holder and a Member of Tables of Wonderland, Ramon has accumulated over fifteen years of Guest Services’ experience in the hospitality industry. Ramon is committed to delivering excellence and careful attention to detail for every one of Theme Park Concierges’ Guests.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Florida, Christopher, had developed a passion for Disney through classic films such as, Mary Poppins and Winnie The Pooh! In 2014 he started to work for Disney at the Be Our Guest restaurant in Magic Kingdom. Later, he took a role in Theme Park Concierges to find more guest interaction by still being able to visit the most magical place on earth, Disney.
Christopher frequents the Walt Disney World parks as much as possible. He attended the University of Central Florida to study biology. This passion for animals and the environment made Animal Kingdom his favorite park. From the endless stories at Magic kingdom, to the countries at Epcot, the thrills and shows at Hollywood studios, or the circle of life at Animal Kingdom, Christopher is thrilled to be part of the magic in Theme Park Concierges!
Jacquelyn is a native New Yorker who fell in love with Disney on her annual family vacations since her family belonged to the Disney Vacation Club. Her favorite park was and still is Animal Kingdom because of her love for animals. She remembers waking up at Animal Kingdom Lodge every morning and being able to see the animals out of her window, an experience that many other vacations did not offer her. Since then she has become a DVC member of her own living to stay at a different resort all the time and trying the different cruise ships!
That love for animals has led her around the United States working with marine mammals, land mammals, and birds. Her last adventure has led her to live back in Florida permanently to work for Sea World training dolphins. When not working Jacquelyn loves going to the parks with her friends and raising puppies for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind. She hopes to be able to bring magical memories to every visitor to the parks in hopes that they have the same experiences she remembers having as she grew up. As Walt once said, "You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality." She wants to make the trip you always imagined and dreamed of a reality for you and your family!
Originally from Venezuela, Ricardo, like many of our VIP Concierges, had experienced and developed his passion for the theme parks as a child during family vacations to Orlando. By the time he was 8, like Jose, his family had also relocated to Orlando where he was a regular visitor, honing his knowledge of all aspects of the parks.
Ricardo later served as a Cast Member at Downtown Disney, now re-named Disney Springs, where he was immersed daily in all the happy, joyful atmosphere that Disney represents to him. His passions at all the parks take shape in the loops and spirals of the thrilling outdoor roller coasters, like The Hulk and Everest—no ride is too long, too fast or too high for Ricardo!
Who would be better poised to guide our California Guests at Theme Park Concierges in Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure than a former Cast Member and native-born Californian? Kyle Bumphus hails from San Diego, California, a short car-ride away from Anaheim and the origins of the first Disney theme park experience.
As a child, Kyle looked forward each year to his birthday visit to Disneyland where he rode every ride, reveled in the joyous atmosphere and was mesmerized by the Disney performers and famous Disney characters as they danced down Main Street in the parades. It was during one of these family birthday visits when Kyle’s family was chosen to participate in the daily parade that he felt the performing bug take its bite!
Not long afterwards, Kyle auditioned for Disney’s California Adventures parade and street party Block Party Bash, and was offered a spot that very day. Kyle went on to perform at both of Disney’s California parks for the next five years, before transferring to Walt Disney World in Florida to expand his Disney repertoire. Like many other Theme Park Concierges VIP Concierges, Kyle also lived in the town that Walt conceived, Celebration, FL, while he performed in a variety of shows on Disney property for the next two years.
Now having relocated back home to California, Kyle is eager and excited to share the Disney magic and make new memories for Theme Park Concierges’ Guests.
Originally hailing from the great state of Vermont, Ditra loves all things maple, the outdoors, and, of course, Disney. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University, Ditra moved to Orlando to pursue a career in animal training. That career path and passion for entertainment were inspired by Ditra’s first trip to Orlando as a child, so she certainly understands the potential impact of the magic of Disney. Ditra also has years of experience working with children as camp counselor, private tutor, and substitute teacher, so is uniquely equipped to handle a wide variety of family needs.
When Ditra isn’t at work, she can usually be found sampling the international food options at Epcot, singing along with Finding Nemo The Musical at Animal Kingdom, trying to beat her high score on Toy Story Mania at Hollywood Studios, or being reminded why Disney is truly the most magical place on Earth while watching Once Upon A Time at Magic Kingdom. Ditra hopes that she can use her own experiences at the parks, to help your family create memories that will last forever by making your visit a dream come true.
Claudia was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She has had a love for everything Disney since her family started going to Walt Disney World on a regular basis. From seeing the parades for the first time, to singing along to Wishes at the Magic Kingdom which is her favorite park, to attending Animal Kingdom's 15th Anniversary, the memories are endless. In 2013, Claudia participated in the Disney College Program, working at the Hollywood and Vine Restaurant at Hollywood Studios.
Besides Disney, Claudia has followed her dream of working with marine mammals. She has completed several internships and worked at Brookfield Zoo, Shedd Aquarium and Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Now a few years later after graduation, she currently resides in the Orlando area working as a dolphin trainer. She is an annual passholder and visits the parks all the time. She now has the opportunity to help others experience all the joy that comes with a Walt Disney World vacation!
A Kentucky native, Connor first was captivated in everything Disney just like many of us from the countless classic movies and music. His love and passion for Disney and the Orlando area attractions began right off the bat with his first trip to Orlando. Ever since, Connor has dedicated his time in learning and experiencing Orlando theme parks. He cannot wait to begin sharing his expertise with you and providing your family with an immersive vacation experience.
As a past Walt Disney World Cast Member, Connor has been active in the culture of providing great guest service. In 2016, Connor was part of the Animal and Science Department at Epcot’s The Seas where he routinely assisted visitors in up-close encounters with dolphins and manatees. During his time at Disney he was able to regularly help guest with planning their day and cannot wait to share his skill set with all of you.
When it comes down to it, Connor does not have just one favorite park. He loves them all for how they each provide a unique memory to last. No two parks are the same and he hopes you have an opportunity to visit each park in the Greater Orlando area during your vacation. Connor sincerely believes each of these parks will provide you with a vacation you will not soon forget. However, to even better your vacation, as a VIP concierge, Connor cannot wait to assist you even further by helping bring to life each park you visit on a vacation of a lifetime.
My name is Erin Lackey and I am originally from Mooresville, North Carolina. After graduating from UNC-Wilmington with a Psychology degree I moved to Florida to pursue a career in Animal Training and received a position at Discovery Cove as an Associate Dolphin Trainer! When I'm not working I love hanging out with my 1 year old Pug, Taco, and of course going to the parks with my friends!
I have loved Disney my entire life. When I was three years old I would come home from preschool everyday, put on my Snow White costume, and watch Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. My Mom told me I would not do anything else until the movie was over. I still remember the first time I went to Disney World when I was 9 years old; it truly was a magical experience that I will never forget. Being from North Carolina my family did not get to go to the parks as often as I would have liked to, but that is why I truly understand how important it is to get as much done on your Disney vacation as possible and make every moment count, which is one of the many reason I love working for Theme Park Concierges! I hope I can help families make magical memories just like I did when I was kid!
