Ramon is an absolute pleasure to work with! He made our trip to Disney so much easier. We visited Disney with our three boys and our youngest, age four didn't want to go on a ride and asked if he could stay with Ramon! Our kids were comfortable with him and we loved his easy going, sweet personality. I forgot my sneakers at home and he went to Disney Springs to pick up sneakers for me! He had an iced coffee waiting for me every morning when we entered the park. My husband and I have bad backs and he pushed our double stroller the whole time we were together. He knew how to maximize our time in the parks and made our experience that much more fun because instead of wasting our time on long lines we were enjoying ourselves on rides or at shows. He would also give us information as we walked around the parks which was really interesting. He got us reservations for lunch which enabled us priority seating in the fantastic show that night. In summary, we couldn't imagine Disney without Ramon and will definitely hire him when we go to Universal!
