Established in November of 2011 by theme park enthusiast and former Cast Member from Disney’s Corporate department, Ramon Rodriguez, Theme Park Concierges was founded in order to offer more visitors the ideal theme park experience. Prior to its founding, overpriced hourly rates with minimum hourly requirements (typically 6 hours or more) monopolized the options visitors had for theme park VIP services. Theme Park Concierges revolutionized the theme park VIP service industry by taking a different approach—a Guest-centered approach. This is simply because Theme Park Concierges knows that a MAGICAL deal contributes to a MAGICAL vacation experience.
Theme Park Concierges offers premier VIP concierge services for all major theme parks in Orlando, Florida and Disneyland in California, with plans on the drawing board to open similar services at Disney properties in Europe and Asia in 2016. To date, Theme Park Concierges has provided exceptional service to over 1500 Guests from all over the world, and it continues to expand its Guest base at a rapid pace.
