Ramon V Rodriguez
Founder/Head VIP Concierge
Originally from Puerto Rico, Ramon was bitten by the Disney ‘bug’ as a young boy nearly 35 years ago during an amazing family vacation to Walt Disney World for New Year's celebrations. It was his first trip to Disney and since then his passion, dedication, and total immersion in the Disney experience has created a knowledge base equal to none.
Ramon eventually became a Walt Disney World Cast Member in 2004, serving first as a Grand Gathering Greeter at Disney's Contemporary Resort and then later moved to its Front Desk. After his experience at the Front Desk, Ramon then was transferred to Disney's Risk Management Department. These unique roles in both front-end and back of house hospitality gave Ramon the expert insider knowledge that he brings to Theme Park Concierges VIP services, allowing him to plan amazing vacation experiences for his Guests.
As the Founder of Theme Park Concierges, a Charter Member of D23, an Annual Disney Pass-holder and a Member of Tables of Wonderland, Ramon has accumulated over fifteen years of Guest Services’ experience in the hospitality industry. Jacquelyn is a native New Yorker who fell in love with Disney on her annual family vacations since her family belonged to the Disney Vacation Club. Her favorite park was and still is Animal Kingdom because of her love for animals. She remembers waking up at Animal Kingdom Lodge every morning and being able to see the animals out of her window, an experience that many other vacations did not offer her. Since then she has become a DVC member of her own living to stay at a different resort all the time and trying the different cruise ships!
That love for animals has led her around the United States working with marine mammals, land mammals, and birds. Her last adventure has led her to live back in Florida permanently to work for Sea World training dolphins. When not working Jacquelyn loves going to the parks with her friends and raising puppies for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind. She hopes to be able to bring magical memories to every visitor to the parks in hopes that they have the same experiences she remembers having as she grew up. As Walt once said, "You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality." She wants to make the trip you always imagined and dreamed of a reality for you and your family!
Who would be better poised to guide our California Guests at Theme Park Concierges in Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure than a former Cast Member and native-born Californian? Kyle Bumphus hails from San Diego, California, a short car-ride away from Anaheim and the origins of the first Disney theme park experience.
As a child, Kyle looked forward each year to his birthday visit to Disneyland where he rode every ride, reveled in the joyous atmosphere and was mesmerized by the Disney performers and famous Disney characters as they danced down Main Street in the parades. It was during one of these family birthday visits when Kyle’s family was chosen to participate in the daily parade that he felt the performing bug take its bite!
Not long afterwards, Kyle auditioned for Disney’s California Adventures parade and street party Block Party Bash, and was offered a spot that very day. Kyle went on to perform at both of Disney’s California parks for the next five years, before transferring to Walt Disney World in Florida to expand his Disney repertoire. Like many other Theme Park Concierges VIP Concierges, Kyle also lived in the town that Walt conceived, Celebration, FL, while he performed in a variety of shows on Disney property for the next two years.
Now having relocated back home to California, Kyle is eager and excited to share the Disney magic and make new memories for Theme Park Concierges’ Guests.
Claudia was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She has had a love for everything Disney since her family started going to Walt Disney World on a regular basis. From seeing the parades for the first time, to singing along to Wishes at the Magic Kingdom which is her favorite park, to attending Animal Kingdom's 15th Anniversary, the memories are endless. In 2013, Claudia participated in the Disney College Program, working at the Hollywood and Vine Restaurant at Hollywood Studios.
Besides Disney, Claudia has followed her dream of working with marine mammals. She has completed several internships and worked at Brookfield Zoo, Shedd Aquarium and Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Now a few years later after graduation, she currently resides in the Orlando area working as a dolphin trainer. She is an annual passholder and visits the parks all the time. She now has the opportunity to help others experience all the joy that comes with a Walt Disney World vacation!
My name is Erin Lackey and I am originally from Mooresville, North Carolina. After graduating from UNC-Wilmington with a Psychology degree I moved to Florida to pursue a career in Animal Training and received a position at Discovery Cove as an Associate Dolphin Trainer! When I'm not working I love hanging out with my 1 year old Pug, Taco, and of course going to the parks with my friends!
I have loved Disney my entire life. When I was three years old I would come home from preschool everyday, put on my Snow White costume, and watch Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. My Mom told me I would not do anything else until the movie was over. I still remember the first time I went to Disney World when I was 9 years old; it truly was a magical experience that I will never forget. Being from North Carolina my family did not get to go to the parks as often as I would have liked to, but that is why I truly understand how important it is to get as much done on your Disney vacation as possible and make every moment count, which is one of the many reason I love working for Theme Park Concierges! I hope I can help families make magical memories just like I did when I was kid!
Born and raised outside of Atlanta, Georgia I was a cheerleader for the University of Alabama and the University of Georgia After college, I started chasing my dream to become a dolphin trainer and participated in different internship programs around Florida. Now I currently work as a dolphin trainer at Sea World, Discovery Cove. In my spare time, I enjoy taking my two Siberian Huskies to the park! My first trip to Disney, I was 5 years old! Because of my love for animals, my favorite park is Animal Kingdom! Education: B.S. Psychology, University of Georgia Certifications: CPR/ First Aid
Hello! My name is Louise. I was born and raised outside Washington, D.C but have lived in Florida for two years now. Like every little girl, I loved Disney growing up. My favorite movies were Beauty and the Beast and 101 Dalmatians (I'm still waiting on my parents for my Dalmatian named Pongo). I came to the parks as a kid, but truly realized the magic as an adult. Right after college, I went to work for Disney Cruise Lines aboard the Disney Dream as a youth counselor. Meaning: as parents went off for some grown-up time, I got to watch their kids and be a big kid at heart as we played with Tinkerbell in Pixie Hollow and had pajama parties with Pluto. I was even lucky enough to be aboard when we debuted the Millennium Falcon. After my contract ended, I spent two weeks straight at Disney, just enjoying the perks of being a cast member, and that's when I knew that I couldn't get away from Disney magic.
I love going to the parks with friends, family, and even on my own because every time I go, I get to make a new memory! My favorite thing to do at the park is enjoy the parades and shows, as well as character dining. When I'm not at the parks, I love spending time outdoors hiking and at the beach, playing with my dog Noir, and listening to podcasts. I hope to see you soon in the parks!
Devin is a native Floridian who has had a passion for Walt Disney World his entire life. Since the age of 5 he has lived and breathed Disney. After moving to Southern Illinois at a young age, he spent nearly 20 years with one goal: get back home. In 2008, he participated in the Disney College Program and became a Cast Member at the Magic Kingdom. It was during that time his wealth of knowledge for the Walt Disney World Resort in particular began to grow at an astounding rate. After his Disney College Program, he returned to Southern Illinois University to earn a Bachelor's degree in mass communications. He currently resides in Orlando with his wife Taylor and their two young sons.
It's Devin's ultimate goal to make sure your Disney vacation is what you've always imagined and dreamed. Devin's outgoing personality and his knowledge and expertise of the Disney parks will no doubt provide guests with a fun, stress-free and unforgettable experience. When families travel to Walt Disney World, they often think it's going to be impossible to see and do everything it has to offer. But as Walt Disney once said, "It's kinda fun to do the impossible.”
Kayla was born and raised in Miami, FL whose first visit to the parks was at only 5 months old. Growing up, her and her family were lucky enough to visit the parks at least once a year, leading her to have an enormous passion for Walt Disney World. After graduating with a BFA in Music Theater, Kayla was a Disney Cast Member for a year as a resort concierge before focusing on her career as a performer. Currently, she has been performing in local Orlando theater, teaching and choreographing young dancers, as well as being the co-founder and co-artistic director of her own theater production company, Infinite Productions. She is also a very proud dog mom and loves to cook and play video games as hobbies.
Kayla absolutely LOVES showing Guests the best and most magical experience possible. Her favorite rides include thrills like Tower of Terror and Space Mountain, as well as classic E-Ticket attractions such as Spaceship Earth and Carousel of Progress. She loves telling anyone that will listen fun facts about Disney Parks history and trivia and is a champion at the Disney Parks deck in the Heads Up! game app. Kayla's absolute favorite Disney character is Rapunzel, but truly, she loves meeting all characters and sharing tips on how to make the most of your meet and greet experiences. She's very excited for all things Star Wars and looking forward to all of the new things Disney is bringing to the parks soon! Can't wait to show you around!
Hi everyone! My name is Taylor. I was born and raised in Albertville, Alabama. I am definitely your classic, sweet, southern belle! I have been going to Disney since I was 6 years old! My favorite movies are Pocahontas, Beauty and the Beast, & Mulan! I moved to Orlando after my junior year of college and have been an annual pass holder ever since! I always knew Disney was my home, so much so, I am currently working for a contracted company that puts on an AMAZING bird show at Animal Kingdom (I might be a little bias)! I love being around kids of all ages and seeing their faces light up everyday during our show! I can’t wait to see those same looks on your children's faces during our day at the parks!
When I’m not working at "Up! A Great Bird Adventure" at Animal Kingdom, or taking families around the parks, I am normally enjoying character meets, parades, or my favorite roller coasters! On the rare chance I’m not at the parks I enjoy playing with my dog, going out with friends, and trying new things! I hope to not only be your tour guide, but also your stroller pusher, meltdown handler,FastPass advisor, built in babysitter, and your friend for magical day at Walt Disney World! “Adults are just kids grown up!”-Walt Disney
